An attorney based in San Diego, William “Bill” Ward has over 40 years’ experience in law. He focuses his practice on construction, business, and civil litigation. Running his own practice from La Jolla, attorney William Ward provides honest and aggressive representation to clients on matters such as mechanic’s liens, stop notices, and construction claims in both public and private work. He further provides representation in Miller Act claims for federal projects.

He earned his JD from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma’s Northeastern State University. Community involved, he supports organizations such as 4Ocean, Casa de Los Pobres, his local food bank, the American Wild Horse Campaign, and local chapters of both the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Humane Society.
